The food as suggested by the chef himself, we had fish in mustard sauce, fish perfectly cooked and tempered in mustard sauce which did not give the not so likeable pungent mustard flavor to the dish. The fish cakes, prawn dim sums, pan seared chicken dim sums were a cooked to perfection with perfect seasoning and flavours. Now switching to the pure vegetarian part of the north Indian cuisine, we were served with Dahi ke kebab, paneer tikka and hara bhara kebab which was an average preparation served with green chutney, Nothing great. The chicken Roulade was perfectly seasoned to suit all taste buds.
The star starter was the prawn on sticks, amazing taste and flavor – a must try for all sea food lovers.
No pungent prawn smell, just the saucy flavors and the meet cooked just right. The main course has a bit of everything from nalli ka korma to dal makhni, Andhra fish curry and chicken massman curry, accompanied with steamed rice and a bread basket inclusive of lacha paranta, hari mirch ka parantha, garlic naan everything had distinct flavours and an amazing feeling of being fed with love. To wash it all, we had the betel bliss- another worth trying cocktail and mia meloni, a melon mocktail to please your taste buds.
