Summer menu is all about eating more “cooling” foods to lower body’s core temperature. They should be light, luscious, and vibrant and contain more water than most other foods.
Scorching summers, one would notprefer food that would leave you with a feeling of heaviness, but food that is fresh, seasonal, and delicious and are easily available ,can do wonders for your health and appearance as well! Keeping this in mind that summer is the most vibrant time of the year where fresh produce are bounty and the right combination can help beat the unbearable heat, Executive Chef Tanveer Kwatra prepared some special dishes at “The Latest Recipe”, which is an all-day dining restaurant of Le Meridien, Gurgaon.

Mochi Icecream |
We finished our afternoon lunch with the famous Japanese icecream Mochi. Mochi is considered as New Year desert in Japan and probably one of the most popular desserts not only in japan but outside the native country too. Made out of Japanese rice and sugar, outer layer is chewy and filling of icecream, inside. We tried strawberry and chocolate and both were outstanding.
Summer Menu starting from 1st of July.
