Pizza Express New Menu Happiness is to bake your own pizza with all your favourites’ toppings, whereas warm and fresh pizzas uplifts mood they also provide gustative treat for palate. Sharing Pizza and Joy with new friends happened at Pizza express, where all gathered to celebrate 50 successful years of beautiful PizzaExpress restaurant chains. Simple and authentic Italian pizzas which were baked first time in UK wardour street ( First restaurant setup of PizzaExpress by  Peter Boizot in 1965) has still succeeded in maintaining the taste and consistency.

What all ingredients needed to make a pizza more stylish and yummy? Absolutely we need right choice of flour, Yeast, Olive Oil, Crushed tomatoes, Cheese and lots of toppings and suitable temperature for baking and above all that passion & love. Yes, to love your food is very essential, as food tastes best only when made with love. Chef Rahul at PizzaExpress showed us how to enjoy tossing & baking of pizza. We were divided in four teams and I opted to go with Vegetarians 

Pizza Express New Menu To make a finest dough is not a very speedy process, it takes perseverance and lot of time to get good crust of pizza- Says chef Rahul, so dough was already prepared by Chef and Team, they used high quality flour, Olive oil, salt, yeast, lukewarm water and a bit of sugar. Chef did a perfect rolling and tossing of dough and made a beautiful base for pizza. It’s their Signature Pasta di Pomodoro spread which creates a noticeable difference between PizzaExpress and other restaurants pizza’s, One can prefer fresh crush of  tomatoes with bit of olive oil as spread over pizza base. Chef used soft mozzarella cheese, cherry tomato and layered it in very particular manner so as to maintain the authenticity of the food and finally gave it finishing by pouring garlic olive drops on it for flavor. We group members also tried our hands to bake yummy pizzas; I chose lots of bell papers, mushrooms, cheese, olives, basil leaves & seasoning. Baking activity was super-duper fun, we also enjoyed many range of pastas while waiting for our pizzas to be baked. I personally liked red sauce aubergine pasta, though spaghetti and chicken pastas were also tasty.  Pleasant to see juggling & tossing of Pizza base by a crew member on music tunes; event was very shipshape by organizers. Thanks to Gitika, Sanya & Rachita for interchanging thoughts over food and warm welcome.
