2016 is going to be grand year, that’s my belief, especially for F&B sector. We have already seen some excellent openings towards end of the last year and this trend will continue.
And one of the rocking news of 2106 – Farzi Café is coming to CP. Delhi’s first modern indian bistro that opened in 2014 at CyberHub has seen roaring success since it’s opening. I have always admired the concept of farzi and every time I had an excellent gastronomic experience. Since its inception, it has won several awards and accolades and got rave reviews.
With it’s opening at CP, people from Noida and other parts of Delhi for whom Gurgaon was “far”, can now enjoy Farzi food at the heart of the city.
Food at farzi café is perfect amalgamation of science (read molecular gastronomy) and flavors and every dish retains its original flavor. You can read my experience of Farzi Café here
There are some experiences which can’t be summed up in words and this is one such experience! You should visit Farzi café and feel & experience the difference!
What to Expect at Farzi CP
You can expect some new mouth watering dishes here apart from their regulars. Continuing with its aim to surprise the palate, the menu of the new outpost has an elaborate hoppers section, among other features, serving novel dishes such as asparagus & water chestnut khurma, fresh coconut appam, eggs’, curry leaf pepper appam, Malaya prawns and pan fried Sri Lankan Hoppers.
And for all hooka lovers there is good news too. Farzi is also coming with Farzi Hookah Menu, which I am sure would be another level of illusion.
