I earlier visited pluck at the end of 2015 and was bowled over by the eye catching presentation, simple and elegant food and their farm to fork concept. A trip to their own in-house garden where they grow season vegetables and micro greens had been exhilarating.  You can read the experience here.

After roaring success of their international restaurant Pluck, Pullman recently launched their pan Asian restaurant called Honk, which is also getting popular.

This time I visited Pluck for their Sunday brunch that has been launched recently. I reached around 1PM and it was a packed house. They have obtained liquor license and their in-house sommelier Kriti Malhotra (graduate of WSET UK) is perhaps not only one of the youngest but also amongst few female sommelier that we have in a five star hotel.

One of the key features of the Sunday brunch is the Art gallery at Pling that features new upcoming artist every Sunday and is certainly a great idea/initiative.

Coming back to the Sunday brunch – Pluck is designed in such a way that every corner of the restaurant has natural light. Simple, eye catching yet soothing are the colourful covers on the chairs that makes the seating area look cool. As the focus is on farm to fork concept, Pluck provides excellent range of hot and cold salads.

My favourite craving station is where you can choose your grill meat – lamb, chicken or duck with choice of jus and herbs. I would suggest to try lamb rack with rosemary jus. It is simply divine and you can enjoy with some excellent cocktails.

Honk, their pan Asian restaurant is also part of their Sunday brunch where they are showcasing dimsums. The dimsums are one of the finest in town. Both veg and non-veg dimsums are worth trying that you can gulp with some bubbly.

You might not have appetite for more, however you need to save your appetite for mouth-watering Indian food, followed by an array of desserts.

Last week, we had Kashmiri food in the Indian section. Culinary Director Chef Ajay Anand shared that they keep changing the Indian section.

As I had shared in my earlier posts that Pluck will be the talk of the town and with their artistic Sunday brunch, it’s for sure again going to set high standards.
