So how do you feel when you get a chance to see a masterchef cooking in front of you?? I feel elated when I got invite to attend masterclass with Chef Bill Marchetti of Spaghetti Kitchen. Spaghetti Kitchen and Chef Bill is not unknown to people who loves Italian cuisine and one doesn’t need explanation around  why spaghetti kitchen is the best Italian restaurant in town.
It was an invitation from attd’inox, an international brand in kitchen appliances where Chef Bill Marchetti from Spaghetti Kitchen was introducing his new Tuscan menu and showcasing some of the dishes from his menu. Chef is very soft spoken and has an ever smiling attitude. The veggies that he used in his kitchen were organic and were grown jointly with the help of farmers. Born in Germany, hails from Australia, amazing Italian Chef who understands Indian taste buds! Quiet intriguing!  He shared that he loves preparing dishes keeping Indian taste in mind. No wonder Spaghetti Kitchen is so popular here….
I always wanted to try out Italian dishes and except for the regular pastas and pizzas; I didn’t quite lay hand on other stuff. It was a treat to see Chef Bill cooking with Simplicity and passion and of course this is why people love coming to Spaghetti Kitchen. Each dish that we tasted had a unique flavor and was cooked to perfection – Risotto with spinach; mushroom with garlic in reduced wine sauce; olive saltete ; Schiacciata con l’uva( desert). This class had been inspiring enough for me to try out Chef’s TUSCAN dishes. I left satiated and this was truly one of the best event I attended and got chance to interact with chef himself.
