“Consistency Is the Key to Success “

A restaurant running successfully from the last 13 years and that too in a five star property; maintaining consistency and quality, in itself speaks volumes!

I am referring to The Great Kebab Factory at Radisson Mahipalpur that is serving mouth-watering kebabs from last 13 years. They have more than 450 variety of kebabs and keep changing their menu every week.

Beetroot Halwa

Last week we got an invitation for the preview of their hyderabadi food festival and I would anytime prefer going back to my favourite place.

For years Kebabs have been one of the most widely available food item in India. One can find it across the length and breadth of the country, from streets to five stars. However, there are significantly fewer places that understand the nuances of churning out delightful kebabs. One such place is The Great Kebab Factory. We went there for Sunday lunch. The Great Kebab Factory at the Radisson Blu Plaza is one of the few restaurants that has been giving its guests, authentic ethnic experience for the past 13 years.

That day they had four varieties of non-veg and four varieties of veg kebabs; apart from their regular galauti kebab. Pudina Jheeenga Falaknuma Chooza, Hyderabadi Chaap, Nilgiri Murgh Tikka, Andhra Macchi Fry were on their non-veg menu. Pudeena jheenga, hyderabadi chaap and Andhra macchi fry were abslolutely delicious and had the perfect taste. For me, falaknuma chooza was little dry, though I enjoyed the flavour.

There were ample options for vegetarians too – Lazaaz Paneer Tikk,a Singharey ke Tinkey and Sufiyana Salad.

I would recommend you to try their double ka meetha and beetroot halwa for dessert.

The festival is on till 1st of May and shouldn’t be missed!
