Over the years, many years into food blogging, I have been part of various food festivals, promotions, events, and Michelin star restaurant’s chef pop-up. Some of them were outstanding while some of them were just passé. But what Taj Hotels Delhi/NCR is doing – it has never been done before!
This month the most iconic restaurants of Taj Hotels is going across cities and serving the signatures dishes in the first culinary sojourn to their guests. And to celebrate this, Thai Pavilion, the iconic Thai restaurant is coming to the house of ming, and at Spicy Duck at The Taj Palace Hotel. Te Spicy Duck is going to Vivanta Dwarka and House of Ming is going to Taj Gurugram. I am a huge fan of Thai Pavilion when I was in Bombay and when it opened in Gurugram I was the happiest person. I was invited to be part of this and to try Master Chef Prajuab Shoosridam‘s signature dishes at House of Ming.
The Master Chef of Thai Pavilion has specially curated a menu of signatures dishes and showcasing it to the patrons at The House of Ming. I am a fan of Thai pavilion and the food was phenomenal. Thai Pavilion is also showcasing at Spicy Duck, Taj Palace. Similarly, Spicy Duck and The House of Ming will also be at Taj Gurrugram where an array of signature dishes will be served.
Well, it sounds like the restaurants of Taj moving across and visiting each other!
Next came my invitation to the House of Ming journey at Thai Pavilion at Gurgaon. It was indeed an experience that I will remember or very long.
The last travel in the league was Spicy Duck at Vivanta Dwarka and it was absolutely an afternoon filled with selected dishes of Spicy Duck. Food of Spicy duck is brilliant and to keep this in mind, the pricing has been done in a very smart way so that more and more people can come and try the food of Spicy Duck at Vivanta Dwarka.
Undoubtedly, the creativity, as well as the concept that Taj comes up with, is beyond the word “brilliant”. Kudos to the entire Taj Delhi/NCR team.
