Firstly, I have to mention – I love playing games. My dream is to become a gamer. So when my father told me we were going to Microgravity to play VR games, I absolutely and positively exploded. I couldn’t wait. Well, I had to, since we were supposed to go the following day. We all know that Virtual reality (VR) is a technology that’s allows user to interact with a computer-simulated environment.
When we reached the 1st floor of the mall, I was jumping with excitement. When we walked in, I could not believe my eyes. There were so many things to do! But, the first thing I did was the VR racing. It was a bit difficult since I could not understand what to do, but everyone there was very helpful and they explained all the dynamic and controls. I was having so much fun! After VR racing, I attempted the zombie survival game, which was also VR, but based on a larger scale, like standing in a small box room and shooting zombies. Half the zombies scared me.
The car simulator too was fun. If you’ve ever dreamt of driving and you are under 18, the entire experience is so realistic! Yes! Gear up for those racing cars!
Next, I tried playing VR Beat Saber. It was fun and required hand-eye coordination. Well, I enjoyed everything, but one special room caught my eye. It was VR free – roam, where you get to move around while playing any type of game. It was much different from anything I had ever experienced, and I loved it! Well, I had to try it once more, but my head disagreed. This was because there was also a ps4 playing area, and I played “Tekken” on it. Then I played free – roam again. I still could not believe how amazing it was! When it was time to go, I didn’t want to.
Microgravity is a place where virtual reality is more realistic and you experience completely an alternate world! The simulated environment for some games is similar to real-world, and some of these games give a great adrenaline rush. The thrill I got at Microgravity which I enjoyed the most is the player’s ability to manipulate the virtual environment. These games feel like seeing the action directly from my eyes.
I WAS HAVING SO MUCH FUN! But, in the end, after playing Free roam once more, I had to go. Playing at Microgravity was a life-changing experience and I will never forget it!
