Preview of Summer Menu at Olive – it’s no secret that Olive is one of my favourite restaurant in Delhi and Chef Sujan Sarkar is my favourite chef. He just came from SFO where he has opened Rooh – a modern indian restaurant where the flavours of India unite to the techniques of modern french.
We will talk about it later. Today, i tried some of the dishes which you will see in Olive’s summer menu. Summer is about light , colourful, bright and flavourful food. Chef Dhruv has done fantastic job by putting some of the best dishes which not only looks brilliant but also has the perfect flavour which is just right for summer – like the loin of lamb , the scallops ,the texture of three kinds of beetroot and a new twist to the tiramisu( this was outstanding) .
Food at Olive is always fabulous and Chef Dhruv has nailed the summer menu. Can’t wait to go there again. Menu will be live in two weeks.
