Not just that, you do not realize that it numbs your taste buds! But the street chaat also offers loads of spices to kill bacteria; however, you enjoy the chatpata flavour and do not get to know the subtle flavours of the main ingredient. Well, you may say BIG DEAL, until you would taste what Indian Accent has to offer!

I was asking Chef Shantanu at Indian Accent while tasting their new chaat menu, which has different kind of chaats from our country – on how they managed to maintain the flavour and the taste while making a street food into a fine dine dish. The response was – “The flavour of chaat shouldn’t kill the taste for the next two courses because of excess chillies.”

These chaats are unique to some places and Indian Accent has perfected them with their version of a twist! I will start from the beginning – The quinoa puff bhel with a subtle hint of raw mustard oil not only elevated the flavour of an authentic bhel but it also amazes you, that how creatively, you can get the healthier mix of the bhel version on an international front and serve in a very fine dine place. Not to forget the addition of star fruit (Carambola) which is almost forgotten!  The taste of dahi Bhalla with cranberry and strawberry gives it a very flavourful and delicious taste which everyone will love.
